Step 1: Download the Arlo App

Fix 1: If you are unable to access the app or it is taking ages to download, then check your internet connection. Perhaps, your internet connection is slow and because of the app is not working or you or getting issues while downloading it. So, without much delay, check with your ISP and make sure that everything is fine from his end. Bear in mind, a stable internet connection is very important while connecting your Arlo camera to the app.
Fix 2: Still getting issues while connecting the camera to the app? If yes, then ensure that your smart device (PC, laptop, iPhone, or other) is within range of your Arlo camera and router.
